NPA and Recovery Management

The Training on NPA (Non-Performing Asset) and Recovery Management is designed to help the staff of Andhra Pradesh State Cooperative Bank (APCOB) and District Cooperative Central Banks (DCCBs) understand the causes of NPAs, effective recovery strategies, and regulatory frameworks surrounding the management of bad loans. The objective is to equip staff with the knowledge and tools to prevent NPAs, improve recovery rates, and reduce financial losses for the bank.
