APCOB CTI was founded with the mission to enhance the skills of cooperative banking employees and stakeholders in Andhra Pradesh, marking the beginning of its journey as a leader in cooperative banking education.

The institute introduced the Micro Learning Centre (MLC), a flexible platform offering bite-sized, on-the-go learning modules for both banking professionals and farmers, revolutionizing access to education.
